Cancellations & No Show Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment time may be subject to a service fee of 50% of scheduled services and will need to be paid in advance of your next appointment. Exceptions for emergencies will be considered on an individual basis.
If an owner is more than 15 minutes late it may become necessary to reschedule the appointment. However, every effort will be made to accommodate depending on how “full” the schedule is on the day of the appointment, but if the appointment results in a cancellation/reschedule the “Cancellation Fee” will apply.
