Once redirected to our online portal, if you are a current customer and have never accessed the online portal:
Once logged into the portal, the page will look like this:
If you would like to edit your account, you can do so by clicking either of these buttons:
If you would like to add a pet or manage your pets profile, you can do so by clicking this button:
To upload a copy of your pet's vaccination records, click "Upload Files":
To put items into your cart for purchase select "Purchase Packages & Retail", then select the "Retail" tab:
To view any past/closed invoices or current open invoices/balances select "View Invoices":
To review your online orders click "My Retail Orders":
If you would like to add a credit card you can by clicking "Cards on File":
To manage your text, email, and notification preferences select "Communication Preferences":
See grooming requests, future, & past appointments by select the "My Reservations" drop down & click "View":
Make a grooming request by selecting "My Reservations" drop down & click the "Request Services" option:
